      is a standar feature of blogger right now, to activate this do the following things;

      1.- go to settings > post and comments and check that comment location is embedded
      2.- go to settings > other andcheck that Allow Blog Feed is Full

      and now it supposed to appear the reply buttons, but in my case, the template was blocking them in some way, so if this is happening to you so, go to "Template", and backup your template, and then select "edit HTML" and select the option "Revert widget templates to default"

      now you might lose some features in your last template, but the reply button must be there... and you only have to open the backup in a notepad or something better and start to add the old features again
